Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

QuikSkope ("QuikSkope," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Togo Holding Company, provides identity and location verification for motor carriers and drivers assigned to pick up freight. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to quikskope.com, the QuikSkope web and mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who this policy covers

The Services are used by two kinds of people:

This policy applies to both, and notes where practices differ.

2. Information we collect

Account and business information. Name, company, email address, phone number, job role, and login credentials for Customers who create accounts.

Driver and carrier information. For drivers and carriers completing verification, we may collect: name, mobile phone number, driver or carrier identifiers, government-issued identification documents, and information contained in load paperwork (such as rate confirmations and bills of lading).

Identity and biometric information. To verify that the person completing a verification is the assigned driver, we may collect photographs and, where enabled, facial-geometry or "liveness" data derived from an image for the sole purpose of confirming a match. See Section 6.

Photographs and images. Photos of the driver, the vehicle or truck, cargo, and supporting documents submitted during verification.

Location information. Precise geolocation (for example, GPS) captured at the time of a verification to confirm proximity to a pickup location. Location is collected only in connection with an active verification.

Communications. The content of SMS text messages and other communications you exchange with us, including opt-in and opt-out requests.

Device and usage information. IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, and log data about how the Services are used.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Legal basis and purpose

We collect and process the categories of information above because they are necessary to provide the Services you or your carrier requested, to perform our contract with our Customers, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in preventing cargo theft and fraud. Verification data is processed for the specific load to which it relates.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

QuikSkope sends transactional driver identity and load-verification text messages to users who opt in by texting START to (856) 393-6100. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.

Consent. You consent to receive these messages by texting START (or another recognized opt-in keyword) to the number above. Texting messages is used only to deliver transactional information tied to a specific load the recipient is assigned to haul. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Services.

Opting out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@quikskope.com.

6. Biometric and identity information

Where facial matching or liveness detection is used, images and any facial-geometry data derived from them are used only to confirm that the person completing a verification is the assigned driver. This data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is retained only as long as necessary for the verification purpose and any associated evidentiary or legal-retention obligation described in Section 8. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have specific rights regarding biometric information; see Section 10.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

8. Data retention

Because verification records may constitute evidence in cargo-theft investigations, insurance claims, and legal disputes, we retain verification data — including identity, image, location, and consent records — for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, regulatory, and evidentiary retention requirements. Records maintained for evidentiary integrity are stored using tamper-evident and access-controlled methods. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, audit logging, and tamper-evident storage of evidentiary records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, or to request a copy of your information. You may also opt out of text messages at any time (Section 5). To make a request, contact us at support@quikskope.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International users

The Services are operated in the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
