Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuikSkope ("QuikSkope," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Togo Holding Company, including quikskope.com, the QuikSkope web and mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
QuikSkope provides identity and location verification for motor carriers and drivers assigned to pick up freight. When a Customer (a broker, shipper, or other authorized business user) has an accepted load, QuikSkope helps confirm the identity of the assigned driver and the legitimacy of the pickup, and returns a pickup number (PU#) once verification is complete. Verification records may be used as evidence in cargo-theft investigations, insurance claims, and related disputes.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Services are intended for business and professional use by persons at least 18 years old. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, load, or verification information;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others;
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law;
- Use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring transactional load-verification text messages from QuikSkope. You opt in by texting START to (856) 393-6100.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.
- These messages are transactional and tied to a specific booked load; we do not send marketing text messages.
- Carriers and mobile network operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect information related to text messaging, including that mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
5. Verification records and evidentiary use
You acknowledge and agree that information you submit during verification — including identity information, images, location, load documents, and consent records — may be retained by QuikSkope and used, disclosed, or produced as evidence in connection with cargo-theft investigations, insurance claims, disputes, or legal proceedings, and to comply with legal process. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using verification results appropriately and for their own decisions regarding loads, carriers, and drivers. QuikSkope provides verification tools and records; it does not guarantee the conduct of any carrier, driver, or third party, and a verification is one input into a Customer's own risk decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Togo Holding Company or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended business purpose, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, messaging, and mapping providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT VERIFICATION WILL DETECT OR PREVENT ALL FRAUD OR THEFT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIKSKOPE AND TOGO HOLDING COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuikSkope, Togo Holding Company, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
